Hello! I thoroughly enjoyed the Medknitation workshop! I’m usually a very fast knitter and slowing down made all the difference. My only question is do you suggest always having complete silence or could you have soft music in the background? Thanks again. In peace.

Hi Leslie! I’m so glad you enjoyed the workshop—thank you for being there 🙏 I usually do my medKNITations in silence, because it’s never really silent; I hear birds, cars, daily life outside. I also like to see what thoughts come up while I’m meditating. The rest of the time, I have spa music on, because it’s so soothing. So, maybe try meditating without music, and then meditating with it, and see which works better for you. 🙏💕

Hello! I wasn’t able to make the live meeting yesterday, but I’ve just finished watching the video. Wow, what a terrific session. I have a regular meditation practice and have explored meditating while knitting, breath work, affirmations, etc but I must say, have never achieved a release of stress and tension as I did this afternoon. I actually lost sense of time! I thought I was just getting started, when I realized you were closing the session! I did not fall asleep - the progress on my sock is proof! Thank you! I can’t wait to try this again.

The workshop was fantastic! I am so glad I signed up! I will be working (medknitating?) through your book this week! This came at such a beneficial time for me, my stress levels have been a bit off the charts. Your voice is so incredibly soothing as well!
